Condo 1, Inc. was founded in 1993 by real estate agents who believed that the condominium owners were being woefully served by the real estate community in general. Even today, the vast majority of agents concentrate on single-family homes. The problem is obvious: tens of thousands of condominium owners don't receive the specialized service their condominium demands. Condo 1 solved that problem by focusing their attention and care upon the needs of the condominium owners, buyers and renters. Fourteen years later, Condo 1 continues to thrive.

The seeds of Condo 1 of Alexandria began in late 2007 when Will Nesbitt and partners purchased over the office of a retiring broker at River Towers in New Alexandria. Will brought with him a wealth of property management experience. He has a special focus on River Towers, Belle View, Huntington Club and Montebello, but has also works the condominium market in and around Porto Vecchio, Old Town Alexandria, Fort Hunt, Rt. 1 to Mount Vernon and Landmark Alexandria.
